My SnapChat video archive for Monday, the 29th of February, 2016. 

My day started out with zero sleep the night before. Zero. Zilch. Notta. I gave up around 5am and just got up to start the day. This is pretty common for me at the beginning of the work weeks.

My second day at the gym but my first serious workout – in my mind. At least with this recent exercise campaign.

I ran jogged a mile. I kept a pace better 4 and 4.5mph with a 2% incline on the treadmill. My heart rate seemed to stay in the upper 120s. I have no idea if that is good or not.

I worked the dumbbells and bench press for a little upper body workout. Nothing extreme. Baby steps.
